Metaprompting ，简单说，就是让GPT-5来帮你优化你自己的Prompt。

官方指南给了一个模板，让我们在Prompt写得不好时，向GPT-5求助。

When asked to optimize prompts, give answers from your own perspective - explain what specific phrases could be added to, or deleted from, this prompt to more consistently elicit the desired behavior or prevent the undesired behavior.

同时，指南也反复强调，要避免在Prompt中出现内在矛盾的指令，因为这会严重消耗模型的推理能力。

Metaprompting的模板结构是： 定义-应做-勿做-特例。

在leak的System Prompt，也经常用这个结构。比如说，下面图里边定义bio这个工具。

像架构师一样指导AI编码

GPT-5在编码能力上是T0级别。不管是我自己的实测，还是网友测评。GPT5 代码能力都是遥遥领先的。（Qwen国人之光！ikun赢了又赢！）

这里的核心思路，除了上下文工程，告诉AI更多更明确的知识，还有一点是培养AI的自信。

以前的AI总喜欢反复确认，这种来回沟通极其浪费时间。

Prompt里要明确告诉AI，用户有“撤销/拒绝”的权力，所以你可以大胆地进行修改，而不是反复问“我这么改行不行？” ， “我接下来这样做可以吗”。这可以极大提升了长任务的流畅度。

设定清晰的技术栈偏：直接告诉AI你的项目用的是什么。推荐的黄金组合是 Next.js (TypeScript) + TailwindCSS + shadcn/ui + Lucide 图标。按这个技术栈提要求，它生成的代码质量会出奇地高。

提供优秀的设计原则：可以把代码的审美和设计原则喂给它，比如“组件必须模块化和可复用”、“间距是4的倍数”等等。

当然他们自己的System prompt也是这么写的，这些教程并不是空穴来风。比如下面这个 canmore 工具的定义，基本要求完全一致。

reasoning_effort & verbosity

2个很有意思的参数。

reasoning_effort ， 可以把它理解为AI思考的深度。从minimal到high，可以决定是让它快速给个答案就行，还是给我往深了想，考虑到所有可能性。对于复杂的Agent任务，直接拉满就对了。

verbosity ，话痨度？ 这个参数控制最终输出的长度。可以全局设置一个比较低的话痨度，让它平时汇报工作言简意赅。还可以在具体任务中覆盖全局设置。比如，全局设置为“少说话”，但在写代码时，用Prompt明确要求它高话痨度，写出详细的注释和清晰的变量名。

最佳实践是：控制AI的主动性。

如果你希望AI别那么爱现，少做多余的探索，快速给答案，可以用这样的Prompt约束它：
